My delivery showed up a bit later than expected, which was a little frustrating at first. But support was really helpful and got everything sorted out quickly. In the end, I’m satisfied with how they handled it.

So yeah, the box arrived crushed again, and when I opened it there were crumbs everywhere. I don’t know if it’s the shipping or just the packaging, but whatever they’re using really doesn’t seem to hold up. Kind of frustrating because the product might be fine, but it shows up looking like it went through a blender.

I’ve tried a few Schar products now, and for me they’re kind of a reminder that gluten-free eating is often about finding the little wins. The bread is actually good toasted, and the cookies are definitely better than the rolls in my opinion. Some items still have that dry gluten-free taste, though, so it’s not always something I’d choose just for flavor. Overall, not bad, but more of a practical option than a favorite treat.
